French 75 Recipe:

2.00 oz – Lee Spirits Dry Gin

0.50 oz – Lemon Juice

0.75 oz – Simple Syrup

Shake / Strain into flute glass

Top with 3.00 oz of Prosecco

Garnish with a Palisade Peach

   - 2 oz Plantation Dark Rum

   - 1 oz Pineapple Juice

   - 0.25 oz Lemon Juice

   - 0.75 Brown Sugar Syrup

   - 4 Blackberries

   - Muddle and Double strain

   - Serve in a coup glass with no ice

Chiba Bar: Gibson Archipelago

   - 0.5 oz White Rum

   - 0.5 Lime

   - 0.75 oz Falernum

   - 0.5 oz Green Chartuese

   - 1 oz Pineapple Juice

   - 1 0z Pomegranate Juice

   - Shake and Strain

   - Garnish with Kiwi Slice

   - 1.5 oz Cachaca

   - 0.75 oz Compari

   - Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint

   - 0.5 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup

   - 0.5 Lime Juice

   - 2 dashes Peychauds bitter

   - 0.5 oz Apple Bourbon

   - 0.5 Dramamine

   - 1 oz – Falernum

  -   1 oz Hill Shine

   - Shake and Strain

   - Collins Glass

   - Garnish with luxardo cherries or Allspice Berries

   - 4 quartered lime wedges; Muddled

   - 0.5 Demerara simple Syrup

   - 0.75 Forbidden Fruit

June's Cocktail - The Negroni

The Negroni is this month’s featured cocktail. Each month Craft Cocktail Inc. will be featuring a new cocktail on our website. The article will contain everything you will need to know to make this fabulous cocktail yourself.

 This month we are featuring our own take on the Negroni for Negroni week June 4th through the 10th.

Ingredients:

1 oz – Lee Spirits Gin

1 oz – Springs 44 Fortify

1 oz – Cocchi Vermouth di Torino

Stir with ice and strain

Serve over a large ice ball with and orange spritz and twist

Best consumed with good friends and stimulating conversation. Cheers!
